Billing FAQ
- How do credits work?
- Live calls cost 10 credits per minute, charged in 6-second steps (1 credit per 6 seconds). Your remaining time is shown during every call, and the call ends automatically when your credits run out.
- Do credits expire?
- Instant Voice Pass credits expire 7 days after purchase. Pro Studio credits are added each billing month and expire 30 days after they are added.
- How do I cancel Pro Studio?
- You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
- What is your refund policy?
- If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of buying it. Once any credits from a purchase have been used, it is non-refundable — except when a technical fault on our side prevented you from using it; in that case email support@dessavoiceai.org within 14 days and we will refund it.
- Who processes my payment?
- Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which handles checkout, invoices and applicable sales tax.
- What is free?
- The official recordings breakdown, the M4 Max readiness checker, the 5-second mic preview and BYOK mode (using your own OpenAI API key, billed by OpenAI) are free. Hosted live calls require credits.
